To maximize freshness, store pomegranates in a cool place where they can last up to 3 weeks, while Osteen mangos can stay fresh for up to 2 weeks. If stored in the refrigerator, you will slow down their ripening and enjoy their flavor for a longer time. Remember that mango is a climacteric fruit, which means it continues to ripen after being harvested, reaching its optimal consumption point at home.
