Avocado Toast with Egg Ingredients:

• 1 medium avocado.
• 2 eggs.
• 2 slices of bread.
• Salt and pepper to taste.

Elaboration:

1. Toast the slices of bread in the toaster or pan.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp with a spoon and crush it with the help of a fork until you get an uneven mash (it is good to find small pieces).
3. Spread the toast with mashed avocado and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Eggs can be fried or cooked at low temperature. Once you have them prepared, place them on the toast, add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
