Our Hass Avocado is distinguished by its exquisite flavor and aroma of dried fruit. It contains an abundant pulp, of an intense yellow color, it has a consistent appearance, soft and easy to spread. It contains a small seed with a thick and rough skin. You'll know it's ready to eat when its deep green skin changes to dark purple.

•  Our avocados are a climacteric fruit, they continue to ripen in your home, once harvested, until they reach their optimum point of consumption.
•  Box contents: You can choose a box of 3, 4, 9, or 15kg of sustainably and organically grown avocados.
•  Hass variety: Medium-sized with thick, rough skin that is easy to peel. Flavor of nuts, walnuts and almonds. Its peduncle is located on the side.
•  Size-free: each piece collected is unique in size and shape to the previous one.
•  Collection on request when it reaches the appropriate fat and manually piece by piece.

•  Each kilo of Hass or Lamb Hass avocados contains approximately 4 to 5 pieces, depending on the size of each avocado. The total number of pieces in a box will vary based on the selected weight.
•  There are organic avocados according to the requirements for the European certification of Organic Agriculture.
•  Origin: Castellón, Valencian Community, Spain. Limited and seasonal harvest.
•  Without pesticides or chemicals and exempt from maturation or conservation chambers: direct from the field to your home.
•  By way of conservation: by keeping them in a cool place you can make avocados last up to two weeks. If you keep avocados in the fridge, you will naturally delay the ripening process, keeping the fruit longer.

Our Peña Alta farm is located in the surroundings of the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park, specifically in the municipality of Artana, Castellón. The characteristics of the region protect us from the cold north winds, creating a natural protection in the shape of a horseshoe around the farm, which in turn gives us fantastic views of the sea. Allowing us to grow our avocados in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

Although oranges have been grown on our farm for more than 30 years, a few years ago we decided to bet on new tropical crops, becoming pioneers in the sustainable cultivation of avocados in our area.

The varieties of avocados we grow are: Bacon avocado, Hass avocado and Lamb Hass avocado. Thanks to the good work done over the years, we are proud to say that all our varieties have the distinctive seal of Castellón Ruta de Sabor, which guarantees the highest quality and flavor of our avocados.
