Lettuce, Avocado and Mango Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 mango.
• 2 avocados.
• 4 tablespoons feta cheese.
• 200 gr Lettuce.
• ½ Onion

Elaboration:

1. Wash the lettuce leaves very well, to give more color to your salad.
2. Cut the mango into medium sized dices.
3. Extract the pulp from avocados and cut it into medium-sized dice.
4. Chop the onion into small pieces.
5. In a bowl pour the lettuce, diced mango and avocado, onion, cheese and mix well.
